Dear Vietnamese program, VOA, I am a Vietnamese, living in S. Vietnam, a victim of violating humanrights. After R.O.V. sys. had collapsed completely, the people of R.O.V. had to live in being worry of revenge under communist authority and truthfully, lots of them had been violated humanrights seriously by non-learned communists of the locations untill Vietnam nowaday of 2012, humanrights status is not still improved. This is an inside story of Vietnamese communist. Hope International Humanrights Organisation has a way of handling the status of violating humanrights in Vietnam today.
